This place has a fantastic central location close to pubs, shops, food courts, and transportation options, with incredibly friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches like complimentary water, chocolate, and cookies. The location is perfect, with a shopping center, restaurants, and bars nearby, and the CBD within a short walk. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. We found parking out front most times and there is a pay and display across the road if needed. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Hosts were great and cool, even gave us room even with a bar below the apartments. Even though beds were a bit too soft, greatly enjoyed having a microwave, central heating, and an iron.

The Central City Apartments in Christchurch were a great choice for our stay. The apartment had a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. We loved having our own private entrance and a balcony to enjoy the view. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. Plus, having a tea/coffee maker and an oven was a nice touch.

One thing I personally liked less was the washing machine. But hey, that's just my opinion, others might find it useful.
